A clear path from attendance to approved work.

Give your agency a clearer picture of when and where work takes place. Employees can check in, check out and capture signatures through the StaffAxis employee app, with geographic coordinates recorded alongside attendance information. These details stay connected to the allocated shift, helping your office review the working day with the relevant evidence to hand.

In the CRM, your team can see recorded check-in and check-out locations on a map, together with the distance from the assigned work location. Geofencing restricts employee check-in to the work premises: employees must be within the location’s geofenced boundary to check in. Review attendance times, signatures and location details together before approving the timesheet and passing the reviewed hours into your finance workflow.

What your team can do with digital timesheets

Check-in and check-out in the employee app

Employees record the start and end of their allocated shifts directly in the StaffAxis employee app. Keep attendance times linked to the booking, client and employee so your office can review the actual working day in context.

Signatures captured in the app

Capture signatures through the employee app as part of the digital timesheet process. Keep signature information alongside the shift’s attendance details, giving your team supporting evidence to review before approval.

Recorded geographic coordinates

Geographic coordinates accompany check-in and check-out records, giving your agency location context alongside attendance times. Bring the when and where of each shift together in one connected record.

CRM map views and distance

View recorded attendance locations on a map within the CRM, along with their distance from the assigned work location. This helps your team compare the recorded position with the expected premises and investigate any details that need clarification.

Geofenced check-in at the premises

Employees can check in only when they are within the geofenced boundary of the assigned work premises. This location check helps your agency confirm that check-in takes place at the work location.

Informed approval and connected finance

Review check-in and check-out times, signatures, mapped locations and distance information before approving a timesheet. Approved hours then connect to your agency’s finance workflow, giving coordinators and finance colleagues a shared record of delivered work.

A completed night shift, ready for review.

An employee arrives at the assigned work premises and checks in through the employee app within the geofenced boundary. At the end of the night shift, they check out and capture the required signature in the app. The office reviews the attendance times, signature and recorded coordinates, using the CRM map and distance information to check the location details before approving the timesheet. Finance colleagues can then work from the approved shift information.

A connected workflow, step by step

Record attendance and signatures

Employees check in at the assigned premises within the geofenced boundary, then record check-out and signatures through the employee app. Geographic coordinates accompany the attendance records, keeping location details linked to the shift.

Review times and mapped locations

Check attendance times and signatures, then view the recorded locations on the CRM map alongside the distance from the assigned work location. Follow up on any details that need clarification before approving the hours.

Approve the timesheet

Approve the reviewed timesheet and continue into the connected finance process. Return to approved records and reporting when the office needs to answer a later question about the work.
