Request account deletion

StaffAxis powers both the StaffAxis mobile app and white-label mobile apps published under your agency or organisation’s own name and branding. This page applies to all of these apps.

You can delete your account using the Delete my account option in your app. You can also use this form to request deletion of your account and associated personal data, whether you use StaffAxis or an agency-branded app powered by StaffAxis.

Help us find your account

Use the email address registered to your app account and tell us which agency or organisation you work with. If you use an agency-branded app, please also provide its name below. Please do not send passwords or identity documents.

What happens next?

Our team will review your request and contact you at the email address provided to verify account ownership and confirm the next steps. Submitting this form does not immediately delete your account.

Deletion removes your account for the app identified in your request and associated personal data, subject to any records your agency or organisation needs to retain. We will explain any records that must be retained and the applicable retention period when responding to your request.
