We didn’t build staffaxis simply by looking at the healthcare CRM software market. We built it from real, hands-on experience within the UK healthcare staffing industry.
Our platform was shaped by someone who has worked across multiple roles within UK healthcare staffing agencies, including Recruitment Manager, Shift Administrator, Accounts, and Operations Manager. This firsthand experience provided a clear understanding of the day-to-day challenges agencies face — from recruiting and onboarding workers to managing compliance, filling shifts, coordinating with clients and staff, processing timesheets, and keeping operations organised as the business grows.
Having experienced these challenges from different perspectives, we understood the need for a single platform that brings these essential processes together, rather than relying on multiple disconnected systems.
